What was the concrete experience? 
I can evaluate the attitude of someone about work by their hobbies. I know how to make friend and treat with each kind of people. I can understand and sympathy people who I usually contact. I may avoid conflict with my partners. 

Reviewing the experience 

What thoughts did you have before, during and after the experience? 
I though that role of leader is just to have responsible to encourage other reach their goals. Therefore I do not have to understand and empathy all of their team. I though my activity is not helpful and I will waste my time for it.However, actually this activity is very neccesary with leaders whowant have good realtionship with others. 

How might you do things differently? 
I should have good relationship with my partners who relate indirectly with my work. 

What was easy for you? 
i am friendly so it is easy for me to make friend with my partner before working together. 

What did you find difficult? 
My difficulty is how to understand and sympathy people who do not like to show their characteristic.

What have you learnt about yourself as a result of the experience? 
I conisdered that I am friendly. I am a person who my friend can share problems with me. 

What future development needs have you identified as a result of the experience? 
The future development needs I have identified is conflict management. 

What overall learning’s have you gained from the experience? 
By this activity, I have more friend and know how to treat with people nicely. Especially, I can avoid conflict with my partners after dispute. 

How might you act differently as a result of the experience? 
I considered that the role of leadership is vey important to a team so I have to have more responsible with others if I want to reach leadership skill. After the expericences, I also realized that I should not evaluate someone by their side, I can evalute them when I talk to them.

What was the concrete experience? 
This activity helps me realize the limitation of decision makers so I can avoid the common faults. 


Reviewing the experience 


What thoughts did you have before, during and after the experience? 
I though evaluating decision outcomes is not important step in decision making process. However after the experience I realized that this step helps decision makers know the effectiveness or failling of their decision. Decision makers will gain experiences for later decisions. 

How might you do things differently? 
I compared the quality of selected alternatives and discarded alternatives after making decision. 

What did you find difficult? 
I am afraid I am not honest with myself when evaluating th effectiveness of my decision. I emphasize the positive information and suppress the importance of negative information about the selected alternatives. 

Are you experiencing any confusion as a result of the experience? 
I am confused how to realize the escalation of commitment.

What overall learning’s have you gained from the experience? 
I know the limitation of decision makers when evaluating decision outcomes. I can use experiences that I gained from this activity to evaluate my decision effectively. 

What future development needs have you identified as a result of the experience? 
I should evaluate clearly alternatives before giving the final decisions.
